How much does Upstream cost monthly and yearly?
Paid pricing starts at $30/mo for 1 stream at 1080p and 30 FPS when billed monthly. Yearly billing is 20% less for 1080p at 30 FPS, which makes the 1-stream plan $24/mo equivalent when billed yearly. 60 FPS and 4K upgrades get 10% off yearly.
Can I add more streams as I grow?
Yes. Paid pricing is $30/mo for 1 stream, $50/mo total for 2 streams, $70/mo total for 3 streams, then $20 per stream per month from 4 or more streams.
Are all features included on every plan?
Yes. The free and paid plans include the same feature set, including 24/7 streaming, multistreaming, Stream Designer, scheduling, and Live Studio. Paid plans remove the monthly 24-hour streaming limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel when you no longer need paid streams. Your paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Upstream checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. If you need a different billing workflow for a larger account, contact support before upgrading.
Are taxes or VAT included?
Taxes and VAT may be added at checkout based on your billing location and the details you enter during payment.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is paid once per year. 1080p at 30 FPS is 20% less than monthly billing, and 60 FPS or 4K options are 10% less than monthly billing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can adjust stream count, billing period, resolution, and frame rate as your channel or operation changes.
What happens when I hit the free-plan limit?
