Team access for your streams

Open Team Access in Upstream, enter their email, choose a permission level and click Send Invitation. They get an email, accept it, and can switch to your account from their own.

View Only can see your streams, settings and content but can’t change anything. Moderators can edit and publish your existing streams and upload files, but can’t create or delete streams. Managers can do all of that plus create and delete streams, folders, playlists and files, and connect YouTube, Twitch or Kick. None of them see your billing or your Team Access settings.

Yes. They’re asked to create an account with the same email, and your invitation is waiting when they sign in. Invitations expire after 7 days.

No. Everyone signs in with their own login, and each person can turn on two-factor authentication for their own account.

Yes. Per-stream permissions let you set View Only, Moderator or Manager on a single stream, or hide it from that person. They take priority over the default role.

Use the account switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. Accounts shared with you are listed there, and you can switch back to your own the same way, without logging out.

Yes, any time. Click Revoke next to their name and they can’t switch to your account any more. The streams and files they worked on stay in your account.

No. Invite as many people as you need.
