How to stream to Instagram with Upstream

Open Live Producer on instagram.com

Click Create, then Live video. Add a title, pick Practice or Public and copy the server URL and stream key.

Paste them into Upstream

Create a free account, choose Instagram, paste both and set the output to 1080p (Vertical).

Go live

Start the stream from Live Studio in your browser or from OBS. When the preview shows in Live Producer, click Go live.
