Live stream overlays, layer by layer

Open your stream in Upstream and go to the Stream designer tab. Pick an element from the toolbar, like an image, text, a clock or now playing, drag it into place on the canvas and save. Click Publish changes to put it on the live stream.

Images, slideshows, videos, text, icons, GIFs, QR codes, shapes, a clock or countdown, video and audio playback timers, audio and video track info, audio visualizers, HLS streams and web pages. There are also ready-made lower thirds, social and widget components.

Yes. The audio track info element shows the current song from the file name or from the file’s own tags (title, artist, album, year, genre), with or without the cover, and it updates by itself as the songs change. You can also show the next song.

Yes. The Browser element embeds a website or a StreamElements overlay by its link, the same way a browser source works in OBS, and it runs live on the stream.

Yes. Every element can have an entrance and exit animation, a time on screen, and Show every N minutes, so a QR code or a subscribe reminder comes back on its own. Loop animations like Pulse or Float keep it moving while it’s up.

Yes, with 32 presets like Classic Bars, Neon Graph, LED Matrix and Radial Rainbow, or your own colours, bars, peaks and mirroring.

No. Edit while it’s live, save as you go, and click Publish changes when you’re ready. The stream keeps running and viewers see the new design.

Yes. Save the stream as a playlist preset and load it into another stream with the Stream Designer Layout option, which brings the whole design across.

The same as your stream, 1920 x 1080 by default, and anything from 720p to 4K, landscape or vertical.
