The Advanced Media Library Is Now Live for Everyone

After months of closed beta testing, the Advanced Media Library is finally available to all Upstream.so users. We’ve taken your feedback, refined every detail, and are excited to open up the most powerful media management experience we’ve ever built.

A Centralized Hub: The Advanced Media Library

The Advanced Media Library brings all your files together in one centralized location. No more searching across separate streams – now, every image, video, and asset you upload is instantly accessible from anywhere within Upstream.so. This unified approach means your media is always at your fingertips, ready to use across all your streams and stream designs. Upload images, videos and audio files seamlessly from your streams, from within the stream designer or directly within the media library menu item on your left. All your files now have a new home.

Organize Effortlessly with Folders

Structure your content your way with folders in the Advanced Media Library. Whether you want to group files by stream, project, or audio/video genre, you can create, move, and organize folders however you see fit. The drag & drop interface makes managing your assets feel as intuitive as your favorite desktop or cloud storage tools.

Seamless File Management Experience

Moving files between folders in the Advanced Media Library is as easy as dragging and dropping. Instantly update, reorganize, or repurpose your media without any hassle. The experience is designed for speed and flexibility, so you can focus on creating—not searching for files.

Advanced Filtering and Search

Find exactly what you need in seconds with the Advanced Media Library’s powerful filtering tools. Search by file name, disk size, pixel dimensions, and more. No matter how extensive your media collection, the right asset is always just a few clicks away.
