  • Keep a steady distance

    Speak 6-12 inches from the mic and aim at the capsule, not the side.

  • Avoid clipping

    If the meter jumps hard, lower input gain or move back slightly.

  • Control the room

    Close windows, avoid fans, and record near soft furnishings to reduce echo.

Microphone access requires HTTPS or localhost. If the prompt does not appear, reset the browser permission and refresh.

  4. Refresh the page and test again.
